Stylish Sketches and Amazing Phrasing

I made this quick card combining two of the Sale-a-Bration sets on one card.  I did use a retired Stampin' Blend called Pretty Peacock because it was an excellent color for the duck and I'm glad still had it.

Stamp Sets:  Stylish Sketches and Amazing Phrasing

Cardstock:  Old Olive, Soft Suede, Basic White

Ink:  Tuxedo Black Memento

Stampin’ Blends:  Crum Cake, Soft Suede, and Pretty Peacock (retired)

Other:  Paper Trimmer, Multipurpose Liquid Glue

1.     The base of the card is Old Olive cardstock cut at 5-1/2” x 8-1/2” and scored at 4-1/4” in the middle.

2.    The second layer is Soft Suede cardstock cut at 4” x 5-1/4” and adhered to the base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

3.    The third layer is Basic White cardstock cut at 3-3/4” x 5”.

4.    Ink up the ducks with Tuxedo Black Memento ink.  Color in with the Stampin’ Blends.

5.    Ink up the “Hey, I Miss You” from the Amazing Phrasing stamp set with Tuxedo Black Memento and stamp on the left side at an angle.  Adhere the Basic White to the card front with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
