Latte Love

This is another Latte Love card that I made but I was inspired by Erica Cerwin.  It uses Lost Lagoon, Basic Gray, pecan Pie and a Little Latte Designer Series Paper.  I used Latte Love Dies, Stylish Shapes Dies, Give It a Whirl Dies for the hearts, but I think the hearts from Heart & Hugs Dies would work.  I used Pecan Pie on the label and the splatters on the Basic White circle.  I then added Adhesive Swirl Dots.

Latte Love

This is another Latte Love Card and this time I used the Modern Oval Punch for the label.  The coffee cups are manually cut from the A Little Latte DSP, but not too difficult to cut out.  I was inspired by a card made from Kathy Bedell but changed it somewhat.  I used the retired Adhesive Backed Cork Rounds which I think goes well with this bundle, but you can also the Adhesive Backed Swirls Dots.  You can only buy this set Online.  It's not in any of the Stampin' Up! catalogs.

Stamp Set:  Latte Love

Cardstock:  Petal Pink, Pecan Pie, Basic White, A Little Latte DSP

Ink:  Early Espresso

Other:  Paper Trimmer, Paper Snips, Modern Oval Punch, Adhesive Backed Cork Rounds (retired) or the Adhesive Backed Swirl Dots, Multipurpose Liquid Glue, Stampin’ Dimensionals

1.     The base of the card is Petal Pink cardstock cut at 5-1/2” x 8-1/2”, and scored at 4-1/4” in the middle.

2.    Cut the Pecan Pie cardstock at 5-3/8” x 4-1/8” and cut the A Little Latte Love DSP at 4” x 5-1/4” and 1” x 5-1/4”.

3.    Layer the A Little Latte DSP to the Pecan Pie cardstock.  Attach the smaller piece to the left side of the layers.

4.    Fussy cut two coffee cups from the DSP with the Paper Snips.

5.    Punch out a Pecan Pie label with the Modern Oval Punch.

6.    Ink up the sentiment with Early Espresso ink.

7.    Attach three Cork Rounds (retired) or the Adhesive Backed Swirl Dots.

Latte Love - Gift Hard Holder

I love a cup of coffee in the morning when I first get up, so I fell in love with this Suite/Bundle Latte Love from the Online Exclusives.  It can only be ordered Online as it's not in any of the catalogs.  This card is a Gift Card Holder, and you could install a gift card for coffee from your favorite coffee shop for a friend to thank them for everything that they do for you.  It is a card inspired by Kathy Bedell, but I changed the punch.

Here are my instructions:

Stamp Set:  Latte Love

Cardstock:  Early Espresso, Pecan Pie, Basic White, A Little Latte Love DSP

Ink:  Early Espresso

Other:  Paper Trimmer, Paper Snips, Bone Folder, Heartfelt Hexagon Punch, Adhesive Backed Swirl Dots, Multipurpose Liquid Glue, Stampin’ Dimensionals

1.     The base of the card is Early Espresso cardstock cut at 4-1/4” x 11” and scored at 3-1/2 and 9”.  Use the Bone Folder to burnish the score lines.

2.    Adhere adhesive to the sides of the bottom fold to create a pocket for a gift card.

3.    Cut Basic White cardstock at 3” x 4” and adhere above the inside pocket.

4.    Cut Pecan Pie cardstock at 3-3/4” x 5” and cut DSP at 3-1/2” x 4-3/4”.  Layer DSP to the Pecan Pie cardstock.  Adhere just the top portion of the layers to the front of the card.

5.    Add a Little Latte DSP cut at ¾” x 3-1/2” towards the bottom of your layers.

6.    Ink up the greeting “Thanks so Much” and “this one’s one me” to Basic White cardstock with Early Espresso ink.  Punch out with the Heartfelt Hexagon Punch.

7.    Adhere to the front of the card.

8.    With the Paper Snips, trim out the large cup from the DSP and attach with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

9.    Add three of the Adhesive Backed Swirl Dots.
