I {Heart} Hearts
This is a card technique I learned to make from demo Karen Phillips . She calls it a circle slit border. They are fun to make!
The Circle Slit Border is made by cutting a piece of cardstock (or Designer Series Paper)at 5 1/2" x 1 1/2". Use a pencil to mark each end at 1/2", then measure 3/4" with a pencil until you get to the other end that is 1/2". Put the Slit Punch all the way in to where the pencil marks are and punch at each pencil mark. Then erase your pencil marks. To place on a card, cut 1/2" off the front side of your 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" standard size card. Use snail adhesive to attach your Circle Slit Border to the right side of your card.
