All Zipped Up – Secret Sea and Cloud Cover

This is another card using the All Zipped Up stamp bundle. I used the new In-Colors Secret Sea and Cloud Cover. The Secret Sea is embossed with the Forever Plaid 3D Embossing Folder. I'm having so much fun creating different cards using this set. There are so many possibilities!

Stamp Set: All Zipped Up

Cardstock: Thick Basic White; New In-Colors: Secret Sea and Cloud Cover

Ink: Secret Sea

Other: Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine, All Zipped Up Dies, Paper Snips, Forever Plaid 3D Embossing Folder, Multipurpose Liquid Glue, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Glue Dots

1. The base of the card is Thick Basic White cardstock cut at 5-1/2” x 8-1/2” and scored at 4-1/4” in the middle.

2. Cut two cardstocks, one of Secret Sea cardstock and one of Cloud Cover at 4-1/4” x 5-1/2”.

3. Use Secret Sea cardstock for the zipper by placing the two zipper dies together with tape and centering it on the cardstock making sure it is straight before running through the machine.

4. Emboss the Secret Sea with the Forever Plaid 3D Embossing Folder. Adhere to the front of the base card with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

5. Use the Cloud Cover cardstock to die-cut all the components you will need to finish the front. You will need the Paper Snips to cut the ends from the two long dies to be used for the trim on either side of the zipper.

6. Glue the two long trim pieces along the side of the zipper to cover up the split lines in the cardstock making sure to line it up at the right angle and then trim off the excess with the Paper Snips.

7. Attach the zipper pull with Glue Dots or Mini Stampin’ Dimensional.

8. Attach the pockets with Stampin’ Dimensionals or Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
