Perfect Pennants Scalloped Tag Topper Card

This is a technique that I learned from watching Tanya Bell's video to use the Scalloped Tag Topper, but I also used another technique with this card by using the Banner Framelits .  The set is from Perfect Pennants, and the ribbon is the 3/8" Summer Starfruit ribbon.  I used the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch, 1/2" Circle Punch, Banner Framelit Dies to make this card.  I used the colors Island Indigo and Summer Starfruit.
