1. The base of the card is Night of Navy
cardstock cut at 4-1/4” x 11” and scored at 5-1/2” in the middle.
2. The second layer is Basic White cardstock
cut at 4” x 5-1/4” and added to the base of the card with an Adhesive.
3. Cut the Watercolor Paper larger than you
will use so that you can cut it to size.
4. Place on plastic and mist Watercolor Paper
with water in a Spritzer.
5. Add refill Night of Navy to a Clear
Block. Pick it up with a Water Painter
that is also filled with water. Drop on
the wet Watercolor Paper and then let dry.
6. Die-cut a Basic White tree from the
Beautiful Tree Dies in the Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine. Die-cut a Night of Navy “ground” with the die
from Inspired Canopy Dies. Glue down the
Basic White tree slightly to the right and then the Night of Navy ground over
it at the bottom.
7. Ink up the sentiment “With Heartfelt
Sympathy” with Versamark ink and sprinkle White Embossing Powder over it and heat
set with the Heat Tool.
8. Add stars by adding with the Chalk Marker. Trim Watercolor Paper to 3-1/2” x 4-5/8”.
9. Add to the front of the card with
