Thanks a Bunch - Everything's Coming Up Carrots

 

I've been wanting to re-create a card that Chelsey Christensen made but I changed it up a little big.  I was interested in all the carrot colors she used and wanted also use my Sale-a-Bration DSP I earned Free.

Stamp Set:  Thanks a Bunch

Cardstock:  Thick Basic White, Basic White, Favored Flowers DSP, Dandy Designs DSP

Inks:  Pumpkin Pie, Pale Papaya, Merry Merlot, Mango Melody, Blackberry Bliss, Old Olive, and Parakeet Party

Other:  Paper Trimmer, Label Me Fancy Punch, 1/8” Parakeet Party Metallic Woven Ribbon, Multipurpose Liquid Glue, Dimensionals, Shammy

 

1.      Ink up the carrot stamps with Pumpkin Pie, Pale Papaya, Merry Merlot, Mango Melody, Blackberry Bliss and Pale Papaya (again) on 3-1/2” x 4-3/4” Basic White cardstock but cleaning off the stamp between colors on a Shammy.

2.    Then ink the texture stamp with Pumpkin Pie to use on all the orangey carrots and use Blackberry Bliss for both of the purple carrots.

3.    Add the leaves with Old Olive and Parakeet Party.

4.    Add DSP cut at 4” x 5-1/2” and a strip at 1-1/2x 5-1/2”.  Use Multipurpose Glue to adhere to the card base.

5.    Add Dimensionals to the back of the carrots and add to the front at an angle.  Tie a bow around the front using the Parakeet Party Metallic Woven Ribbon.

6.    Stamp the greeting with Old Olive ink on Basic White cardstock and punch it out with the Label Me Fancy Punch. Then adhere to Dandy Designs DSP cut at 1-1/2” x 2-1/4”.  Layer together and add with Dimensionals.
