Beauty of Friendship - Decorated with Happiness Christmas Card

It's been a busy few weeks!  We've had the Last Chance Sale still going on, I went to Onstage in November and had a workshop the week after.  Demonstrators received the new catalogs and were able to place preorders from them including the SAB items.  Then the Carryover List was available, so I've been so busy, I haven't had time to post.  But here is a Christmas card that I made to send to my customers.  Hopefully, they have received them by now or soon.  I cased the idea from Lisa Freeman but changed the color.

Stamp Sets:  Beauty of Friendship, Decorated with Happiness

Cardstock:  Shaded Spruce, Basic White

Ink:  Shaded Spruce

Other:  Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine, 3D Fern Embossing Folder, Scalloped Contours Dies, 1-1/2” Metallic Mesh Ribbon, Multipurpose Glue, Dimensionals

1.     The base of the card is Shaded Spruce cardstock cut at 5-1/2” x 8-1/2” and scored at 4-1/4” in the middle.

2.    The second layer is Basic White cardstock cut at 4” x 5-1/4” and inserted into the Fern Embossing Folder and run through the Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine.  Then adhere it to the front of the card with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

3.    The third layer is the Shaded Spruce cardstock die-cut with the third from the largest Scalloped Contour Die.

4.    Cut the Basic White cardstock at 2-5/8” x 4” and stamp on the left with the tree from Beauty of Friendship with Shaded Spruce ink.  Then lift the stamp and randomly stamp at the top of the tree on either side with the second and third generations.  Ink up the stamp again and stamp towards the lower right so the tree is slightly shorter than the left side tree.  Then lift the stamp and randomly stamp on either side or anywhere there is white space.  Glue to the scalloped Shaded Spruce layer with Multipurpose Glue.  Add Dimensionals to the back and center of the card front.

5.    Ink up the sentiment “Christmas Cheer” from the Decorated with Happiness stamp set on Basic White cardstock and cut to fit plus adhered about an inch of the Metallic Mesh Ribbon to the back and add Dimensionals to the back and place in the lower left center.

6.    Add three Festive Pearls above the trees.
