Party Pants

The verse on my card "Put Your Party Pants On" come from the new Sale-A-Bration set called Party Pants which can be earned FREE with a $50 order (before tax and shipping).  The pants are made using the Washi Tape Punch.  The Whisper White Baker's twine is the draw string on the pants. The colors are Melon Mambo.  I used the Lots of Labels Punch and also the It's My Party DSP.   This is a card that I made for my swap this month.
