Perched in a Tree - Christmas

This is a card I made inspired by Su Mohr only I changed it somewhat but kept the same colors and put the sentiment on the inside.  I used a different DSP but from the same Painted Christmas DSP.

Stamp Set:  Perched in a Tree

Cardstock:  Evening Evergreen, Soft Succulent, Basic White, and Painted Christmas DSP

Ink:  Tuxedo Black Memento, Evening Evergreen, and Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends

Other:  Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine, Stitched Rectangles, Tailor Made Tags, Aspen Dies, Linen Thread, Glue Dots, Multipurpose Liquid Glue, Dimensionals

1.     The base of the card is Evening Evergreen cardstock cut at 4-1/4” x 11” and scored at 5-1/2” in the middle.

2.    The second layer is Soft Succulent cardstock die-cut with the Stitched Rectangles 2nd from the largest dies.

3.    The third layer is die-cut from the third largest die using the Painted Christmas DSP.

4.    The tag is cut with 2nd largest decorative tag from Tailor Made Tags and then use the Stitched Rectangle Die in the center.  Tie a bow with Linen Thread and attach with a Glue Dot.  Attach Dimensionals on the back and adhere to the card front.

5.    Ink up the bird stamp with Tuxedo Black Memento ink on Basic White cardstock.  Color him with the Stampin’ Blends.  Die-cut with Aspen Dies.  Attach with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
