Beauty of Friendship - A Good Man

This is a card that was inspired by Michele Reynolds.  I love the birds in the trees and I think this would make a great masculine card.  Here are my instructions:

Stamp Set:  A Good Man, Beauty of Friendship

Cardstock:  Old Olive, Night of Navy, Basic White, and the Beauty of the Earth DSP

Ink:  Night of Navy

Other:  Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine, Well-Suited Twine, Inspiring Canopy Dies, Beautiful Trees Dies, Tasteful Labels Dies (circle), Multipurpose Glue, Adhesive Sheets, Dimensionals, and Glue Dots

1.     The base of the card is Old Olive cardstock cut at 5-1/2” x 8-1/2” and scored at 4-1/4” in the middle.

2.    The second layer is the blue DSP for the sky cut at 4” x 5-1/4” and the green DSP is cut at 4” x 2” but use the curvy die to cut the top of it.  Die cut the tree using the Inspiring Canopy Die with the woodgrain DSP being horizontal.

3.    Adhere the tree to the blue sky DSP.  Die-cut leaves from the DSP and adheres to the tree.

4.    Place the green grass over the tree bottom.  Use Adhesive Sheet or Multipurpose Glue.

5.    Die cut the birds from Night of Navy cardstock.  Adhere two with Glue Dots in the tree and two on the ground.

6.    Tie a bow with the Night of Navy Twine and put on the tree.

7.    Ink up “It’s Your Day” with Night of Navy ink on Basic White cardstock.  Die cut with the circle die from the Tasteful Label Dies.  Adhere with Dimensionals.
