Beautiful Balloons - 60th Birthday

This is a milestone birthday card I made for my friend who turns 60 on June 8. I used the Beautiful Balloons stamp set on page 15 of the annual catalog. It comes as a bundle to save 10% which includes the dies. It can also be purchased as a Suite to enjoy the Bright and Beautiful DSP and the Specialty DSP.

Stamp Set: Beautiful Balloons, Alphabest

Cardstock: Lemon Lolly, Bubble Bath, Lemon Lime Twist, Bright & Beautiful DSP

Ink: Blueberry Bushel, Berry Burst

Other: Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine, Paper Trimmer, Bone Folder, Beautiful Balloons Dies, Multipurpose Liquid Glue, Stampin’ Dimensionals

1. The base of the card is Lemon Lolly cardstock cut at 5-1/2” x 8-1/2” and scored at 4-1/4” in the middle.

2. The second layer is the Bright & Beautiful DSP approximately cut at 2-1/4” x 5-1/4” and adhered to the left side of the card with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

3. Die-cut three balloons, Lemon Lolly, Bubble Bath, and Lemon Lime Twist cardstocks using the Beautiful Balloons Dies.

4. Ink up Happy Birthday with Berry Burst ink on the Bubble Bath Balloon. Ink up “60” from the Alphabest stamp set, and “It’s Your Day” with Blueberry Bushel to stamp on the other balloons.

5. Adhere the balloons with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
