Legendary Ride - Happy Birthday

This is a card that I made for another swap using the Legendary Ride Stamp Bundle.  I was inspired by a card that Frenchie made but changed mine slightly.  I love how the Metal Plate 3D Embossing Folder looks by using the Silver Foil.    I inked up the sentiment with Pumpkin Pie and then used a Black Marker on the stamp to make the stripes.

Stamp Set:  Legendary Ride

Cardstock:  Pumpkin Pie, Basic Black, Basic White, Silver Foil

Ink:  Tuxedo Black Memento, Pumpkin Pie, Basic Black Marker

Other:  Stampin Cut and Emboss Machine, Legendary Ride Dies, Stamparatus, Metal Plate 3D Embossing Folder, Bone Folder, Paper Snips, Multipurpose Liquid Glue, and Stampin’ Dimensionals

1.     The base of the card is Pumpkin Pie cardstock cut at 4-1/4” x 11” and scored at 2-3/4” and 5-1/2”.  Use the Bone Folder to burnish score lines.

2.    The second layer is Basic Black cardstock cut at 4” x 5-1/4” and adhered to the front with Multipurpose Liquid Glue on the left side only.

3.    Cut a strip of Pumpkin Pie cardstock at 1-1/2” x 5-1/4” and adhered to the Basic Black second layer in the middle with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

4.    Cut another Basic Black cardstock at 3” x 4-1/4” and one for the inside at 4” x 5-1/4”.

5.    Cut the Silver Foil at 2-3/4” x 4” and adhere to the 3” x 4-1/4” Basic Black layer.

6.    Attach Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back and adhere to the front of the card.

7.    Use the Stamparatus and Basic White cardstock with Tuxedo Black Memento for the large motorcycle.  Die-cut it out with the Legendary Ride Dies as well as a Silver Foil die to layer on top of the motorcycle.  Adhere with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the bottom of the 2-3/4” x 4” Silver Foil layer.

8.    Ink up the sentiment “Ride on It’s Your Birthday” with Pumpkin Pie ink on Basic White cardstock.  Trim it out with the Paper Snips putting a curve at the top with the Paper Snips.  Adhere to 1-1/4” x 2” Paper Pumpkin and curve it at the top with the Paper Snips.

9.    On the inside cut a strip of Silver Foil embossed with the Metal Plate EF and attach to the 3-1/2” x 4-3/4” Basic White with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Adhere to the 3-3/4” x 5” Basic Black with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
