Blessed Easter

Snow day today with 6 inches of snow in Indiana.  Time to start thinking about Spring and no more snow!  I designed this card using the Blessed Easter stamp set in the Occasions Catalog 2014.  The set reminded me of the retired set called Early Spring of which I made a crayon-resist card.
So, I decided I wanted to purchase this set so I could do this same technique and this is my final results.  I used the colors Rich Razzleberry and Old Olive for this card stamping the tulips on the Whisper White card stock and then sponging the edges.  Next I inked up the stamp with Black Stazon and stamped it on Whisper White card stock.  I used white crayons to highlight areas where the ink would not adhere and then sponged it with Rich Razzleberry and Old Olive. After I stamped it, I used a tissue to wipe off the crayon.  I used the Oval Collections Die Framelits to cut out my ovals.
