Cheerful Basket

This is a card I made with the new stamp set from the annual catalog called Cheerful Basket.  It makes a great fall card with the apples.  There is even hearts, craft, and a cute little cat.  Here are my instructions for this card:

Stamp Set:  Cheerful Basket

Cardstock:  Crumb Cake, Poppy Parade, Early Espresso, Soft Suede, and Basic White

Ink: Tuxedo Black Memento, Early Espresso, and Soft Suede

Stampin’ Blends:  Granny Apple Green, So Saffron, Poppy Parade, Shaded Spruce

Other:  Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine, Brick & Mortar Embossing Folder, Timber Embossing Folder, Stylish Shapes, Full Basket Dies, Multipurpose Liquid Glue, Dimensionals

 

1.     The base of the card is Crumb Cake cardstock cut at 5-1/2” x 8-1/2” and scored at 4-1/4” in the middle.

2.    The second layer is Poppy Parade cardstock cut at 4” x 5-1/4” and inserted into the Brick & Mortar Embossing Folder and run through the Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine.  Adhere to the front.

3.    The floor is 1” of Crumb Cake inserted into the Timber Embossing Folder and adhered to the bottom of the card.

4.    Ink up the basket with Early Espresso and stamp on Soft Suede cardstock.  Die-cut the basket.

5.    Die-cut the strips across using Crumb Cake cardstock.  Adhere to the basket with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

6.    Die-cut the handle with the Full Basket Die handle from Early Espresso cardstock and adhere to the basket with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

7.    Ink up the apple stamp with Tuxedo Black Memento ink on Basic White cardstock.  Color the apples and leaves in with the Stampin’ Blends.

8.    Put Dimensionals on the back.  Adhere to the card floor.

9.    Ink up the sentiment “You Fill My Day with Happiness” with Early Espresso ink on Crumb Cake cardstock.  Die-cut with the Stylish Shapes and adhere at the top with Dimensionals.
