Country Bouquet 2023 Desk Calendar

Each January, I love to make calendars, and this is one of them that I created using the Country Bouquet stamp set from the Mini as well as the Country Gingham and Country Floral Lane DSP.

Stamp Set:  Country Bouquet

Cardstock:  Sweet Sorbet, Basic White, 6” x 6” Country Gingham, 12” x 12” Country Floral Lane

Ink:  Sweet Sorbet

Other:  Paper Trimmer, Multipurpose Liquid Glue, Double Oval Punch, Dimensionals, Tear and Tape or Stampin’ Seal, 2023 Mini Tear-Off Calendar from Taylored Expressions

1.     The base of the calendar is 4-1/4” x 11” Sweet Sorbet cardstock and scored at 5-1/2” in the middle.

2.    The second layer is Basic White cardstock and is cut at 4” x 5-1/4” and adhered to the front with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

3.    The Third layer is Country Floral Lane DSP and cut at 3-3/4” x 5” and adhered to the Basic White with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

4.    Cut a strip of Country Gingham DSP that is 1-1/2” x 3-3/4” and adhered to the front with Multipurpose Liquid Glue

5.    Cut a Basic White layer at 3-1/4” x 2-1/2” and adhere the Mini Tear-Off Calendar with Stampin’ Seal or Tear and Tape to it.

6.    Attach the calendar layers to the card using strong adhesive.

7.    Ink up the sentiment “I Love That We Are Friends” on Basic White Cardstock and punch it out with the Double Oval Punch.  Punch out a Sweet Sorbet Scalloped Oval and layer together.  Attach Dimensionals to the back and attach above the calendar.

8.    For the Easel:  Cut Sweet Sorbet cardstock at 4” x 5-1/2” and score at ½”, 2-3/4” and 5”.  Use the Bone Folder to burnish the score lines to create a “W” and adhere Tear and Tape to both ends. Attach to the inside of the calendar so it will stand up with Tear and Tape.
