Favored Flowers DSP - Peaceful Moments - Happy Birthday

Usually, I don't use Basic Black cardstock for my card but the flowers from the DSP had a black background which made them stunning and really stand out, so I thought I'd give it a try. Rich Razzleberry might be another option because of the flowers.  This 12" x 12" Favored Flowers DSP will be available January 5, 2023, with a $50 order.

Stamp Set:  Peaceful Moments

Cardstock:  Basic Black, Basic White, Favored Flowers DSP

Ink:  Tuxedo Black Memento

Other:  Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine, Painted Labels Dies, Paper Snips, Pastel Pearls, 3/8” Open Weave Evening Evergreen Ribbon, Multipurpose Liquid Glue, Dimensionals, Glue Dots

1.     The base of the card is Basic Black cardstock cut at 4-1/4” x 11” and scored at 5-1/2” in the middle.

2.    The second layer is Fresh Freesia from the Favored Flowers DSP.  The flowers are cut out from the Favored Flowers DSP with Paper Snips and attached to the card with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

3.    Ink up “Happy Birthday” with Tuxedo Black Memento on Basic White cardstock.  Die-cut the label with the Painted Labels Dies in the Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine.  Adhere Dimensionals on the back and adhere to the lower front of the card.

4.    Add three Pastel Pearls.  Add a faux box using the 3/8” Open Weave Evening Evergreen Ribbon and add a Glue Dot to attach between the flowers.

5.    I also cut more flowers out for the inside with Paper Snips.
