Thoughtful Expressions or Go To Greetings

The Happy Birthday sentiment is from Go To Greetings and the You're in my Thoughts Today is from Thoughtful Expression.s.  These are the choices I gave my club members for their cards on Sunday.   The birds are from Flight Airy and Airy DSP from the Sale-a-Bration catalog,  The DSP is Free with a $50 order.  The birds were fussy cut with the Paper Snips.  The Dies were from the Thoughtful Expressions.  Here are my instructions and the Products I used:

Stamp Set:  Go To Greetings or Thoughtful Expressions

Cardstock:  Gorgeous Grape, Basic White, Perennial Lavender DSP, Flight & Airy DSP

Ink:  Gorgeous Grape, Pretty Peacock

Other:  Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine, Thoughtful Expressions Dies, Paper Snips, Multipurpose Liquid Glue, Stampin’ Dimensionals

1.     The base of the card is Gorgeous Grape cardstock cut at 5-1/2” x 8-1/2” and scored at 4-1/4” in the middle.

2.    The second layer is Perennial Lavender DSP cut at 4” x 5-1/4” and adhered to the base front with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

3.    Die-cut the Thoughtful Expressions Dies of Basic White and Gorgeous Grape.  On the Basic White, ink up the leaves stamps with Pretty Peacock with first and second generations.  Layer onto the Gorgeous Grape with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Add Stampin’ Dimensionals and adhere to the top center of the card.

4.    With the Paper Snips, fussy cut the bird from the Flight & Airy DSP (SAB).  Attach with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

5.    Die-cut the Thoughtful Expression Dies for the label.  Use “Happy Birthday” greeting from Go to Greetings or “You’re in my Thoughts Today” or sentiment of choice.  Layer together with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Then add Dimensionals to the back and adhere below the bird layers.

6.    For the inside:  Use the leaves stamp using Pretty Peacock ink and stamp first and second generations on the 4” x 5-1/4” Basic White cardstock.  Adhere to the inside with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
