A Touch of Ink - Hydrangea Hill DSP

This is another card I made with "A Touch of Ink" but I used Hydrangea Hill DSP and instead of doing the two-step technique.  I colored the butterfly with Stampin' Blends.  I like the way it turned out and I hope you do too.  Here are my instructions:

1.     The base of the card is Seaside Spray cardstock cut at 4-1/4” x 11” and scored at 5-1/2” in the middle.

2.    The second layer is Misty Moonlight cardstock cut at 4” x 5-1/4”.

3.    The third layer is Hydrangea Hill DSP cut at 3-3/4” x 5”.  Layer the second layer and third layer together with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

4.    Wrap the Gorgeous Grape 3/8” Sheer Ribbon around both layers and tape it in the back.

5.    Using the Layering Squares Dies, die-cut a Misty Moonlight Scalloped Square.  Die- cut a Whisper White Square.

6.    Ink up the butterfly stamp with Memento Black ink and stamp it on the Whisper White square.  Color the butterfly with the three Stampin’ Blends.  Adhere to the Misty Moonlight scallop square.  Put Dimensionals on the back and adhere to the top front of the card.  Add 3 Pastel Peals.

7.    Using the Stitched So Sweetly Dies, die-cut a scallop rectangle and a Whisper White rectangle.

8.    Ink up the “Best Wishes” sentiment with Misty Moonlight ink and stamp on the Whisper White rectangle.

9.    Adhere to the Misty Moonlight rectangle.  Put Dimensionals on the back and adhere over the ribbon.

Here are the products I used:
