Ringed with Nature - Just for You

This is a card similar to the one in the Sale-a-Bration catalog.  The Designer Series Paper is called Rings of Love and I love the colors. It uses Poppy Parade, Basic White, and Mint Macaron.  It also has some Petal Pink in the paper.  Some of the DSP can be cut with the dies.  Stampin' Up! does that quite a bit anymore.

Stamp Set:  Ringed With Nature

Cardstock:  Poppy Parade, Crumb Cake, Mint Macaron, Evening Evergreen, Basic White, and Rings of Love DSP (SAB)

Ink:  Tuxedo Black Memento, Crumb Cake

Other:  Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine, Tree Rings Dies and Hybrid Embossing Folder, Glue Dots, Multipurpose Liquid Glue, and Dimensionals

1.     The base of the card is Poppy Parade cardstock cut at 5-1/2” x 8-1/2” and scored at 4-1/4” in the middle.

2.    The second layer is the Rings of Love DSP cut at 4” x 5-1/4” and adhered to the base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

3.    Insert 4” x 5-1/4” Crumb Cake cardstock into Hybrid Embossing Folder.  Die-cut with the Tree Rings Dies.

4.    Stamp the tree rings with Crumb Cake ink on Basic White cardstock.  Die-cut it out.

5.    Adhere to the Crumb Cake tree ring that first with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

6.    Die-cut the sprigs from Mint Macaron and Evening Evergreen cardstocks.  Adhere with Glue Dots to the back of the tree ring.

7.  Die-cut the small sprig from Poppy Parade and adhere to the tree ring.

7.    Add Dimensionals to the back of the tree ring and adhere it to the front of the card.

8.    Add dots of Multipurpose Liquid Glue to hold down the end of the sprigs.
