Family & Friends - A Christmas Wish

This is a stamp set that I purchased but didn't make a card until today.  I decided to look on page 29 of the Mini and just try to somewhat case the card on that page.  I stamped it with Tuxedo Black Memento instead of Stazon and colored it in with Stampin' Blends instead of Watercolor Pencils.

Stamp Set:  Family & Friends

Cardstock:  Garden Green, Real Red, Basic White, Painted Christmas DSP

Ink:  Versamark, Tuxedo Black Memento, Stampin’ Blends, White Embossing Powder

Other:  Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine, Paper Trimmer, Stitched Rectangle Dies, Heat Tool, Multipurpose Liquid Glue, Dimensionals

1.     The base of the card is Garden Green cardstock cut at 5-1/2” x 8-1/2” and scored at 4-1/4” in the middle.

2.    The second layer is Painted Christmas DSP cut at 4” x 5-1/4” and adhered to the front base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

3.    Die-cut a stitched rectangle (fourth from the largest) from Basic White cardstock.

4.    Ink up the stamps with Tuxedo Black Memento and color in with the Stampin’ Blends.

5.    Layer onto Garden Green cardstock cut at 2-3/4” x 4-1/8” with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

6.    Put Dimensionals on the back of the layers and attach them to the center of the card front.

7.    Ink up the sentiment “A Christmas wish for you” with Versamark on Real Red cardstock and sprinkle White Embossing Powder over it.  Shake off excess and heat set with the Heat Tool.  Adhere to the top of the two layers with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
