Sweet Candy Canes - Real Red with Flat Jingle Bell Trinket

Who doesn't like candy canes?  I made another card a few days ago very similar, but I think I like this one better.  I've been making Christmas cards getting for my Christmas in July club workshop.  This is a very simple easy card to make.  The ink is used on the inside of the card.  Here are my instructions for this card:

Stamp Set:  Sweet Candy Canes

Cardstock:  Real Red, Basic White, Sweetest Christmas DSP

Ink:  Real Red

Other:  Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine, Candy Canes Dies, Stitched Rectangle Dies, 3/8” Real Red & Garden Green Combo Pack, Flat Jingle Bell Trinkets, Glue Dots, Multipurpose Liquid Glue, Dimensionals,

1.     The base of the card is Real Red cardstock cut at 4-1/4” x 11” and scored at 5-1/2” in the middle.

2.    The second layer is the Sweetest Christmas DSP cut at 4” x 5-1/4” and then cut in half and adhered together with tape on the back.

3.    Wrap the Real Red Ribbon around the DSP where they meet in front.

4.    Die-cut a Real Red stitched rectangle with the Stitched Rectangle Dies.

5.    Die-cut candy canes from the Sweetest Christmas DSP using the Candy Canes Dies.

6.    Adhere the bottom candy cane with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Adhere Dimensionals to the other candy and place it in front of the other one.

7.    Tie a Real Red Bow from the 3/8” Real Red Ribbon.  Attach with Glue Dots

8.    Add a Glue Dot to the back of the Flat Jingle Bell and add it below the ribbon.

9.    Attach Dimensionals to the back of the rectangle and adhere to the front of the card.
