Merriest Trees - Fun Fold

This is a fun-fold card that I made this month.  The idea came from another demo but I changed it somewhat and sorry, I can't remember who at the moment.  Here are the instructions that I made:

Stamp Set:  Merriest Trees, Trucking Along

Cardstock:  Lost Lagoon, Thick Basic White, Basic White, Winter Meadow DSP, A Walk in the Forest DSP

Ink:  Lost Lagoon

Other:  Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine, Bone Folder, Merriest Trees Dies, Nesting Essential Dies, Stylish Shapes Dies, Festive Pearls, Multipurpose Liquid Glue, Stampin’ Dimensionals

1.     The base of the card is Thick Basic White cardstock cut at 5-1/2” x 8-1/2” and scored at 2-1/8”.  Fold back the 2-1/8” towards the front. Use Bone Folder.

2.    Cut another Thick Basic White cardstock at 4-1/4” x 5-1/2” for the front.

3.    Cut the Winter Meadow DSP at 4” x 5-1/4” and adhere to the 4-1/4” x 5-1/2” Thick Basic White cardstock for the front with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Add 1-1/4” x 5-1/4” to the bottom with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

4.    Cut a Nested Essential from Lost Lagoon and adhere in the middle of the front with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

5.    Ink up the largest tree with Lost Lagoon ink and die-cut with the Merriest Trees Dies.  Add Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back and adhere to the front.

6.    Ink up the sentiment “Wishing you a Festive Christmas” from the Trucking Along stamp set with Lost Lagoon ink and die-cut with the Stylish Shapes Dies.  Adhere with Stampin’ Dimensionals below the tree.

7.    Add Multipurpose Liquid Glue to the 2-1/8” front and attach the 4-1/4” x 5-1/2” front.

8.    Open and adhere 1-7/8” x 5-1/4” DSP stamped with sentiment “We Wish You a Merry Christmas” with Lost Lagoon ink with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

9.    Attach 1-7/8” x 5-1/4” DSP to the middle section with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

10.  Add 4” x 5-1/4” DSP to the last inside flap.  Die-cut a large Nesting Essential Dies from Basic White and adhere to the middle of the DSP.

11.   Punch out a bear from the Walk in the Forest DSP and adhere at the bottom right.

12.  Add the silver Festive Pearls to the tree on the front.
