Hey Chick and Happy Birthday Chick with Party Streamers

It's party time!  It's a hen party with lots of chickens!  I can't get enough of these chick cards and wanted to make more.  This card was inspired by Kathryn Lunquist Ricks.  I loved the colors that she used together and created almost the same, but I added the egg on the left.  If you know someone who likes chickens, you will want to buy both bundles.  They are available for a limited time.  Here are the instructions for the card:

1.     The base of the card is Rich Razzleberry cardstock cut at 5-1/2” x 8-1/2” and scored at 4-1/4” in the middle.

2.    The second layer is Bermuda Bay Cardstock cut 4” x 5-1/4” and the third layer is Basic White cut at 3-3/4” x 5”.

3.    Using Memento Black ink, ink up the stamps that you will need and stamp on Basic White cardstock.  Die-cut them out using the Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine.

4.    Using the Stampin’ Blends above, color the stamped images.

5.    Die-cut the party streamers with the die using Bermuda Bay 3 times and Rich Razzleberry two times.  Use Multipurpose Liquid Glue to stream them across the top of the Basic White cardstock.

6.    Attach the chicken with the balloon with Multipurpose Glue.  Attach the others with Dimensionals.

7.    Die-cut the “Happy Birthday” die sentiment using Bermuda Bay and Rich Razzleberry cardstock.  Adhere together but offset them a little bit to give more dimension.  Attach with Multipurpose Liquid Glue below the streamers on the right.

8.    On the inside:  Ink up the sentiment “Let’s Celebrate You” with Rich Razzleberry ink.
