Cookie Cutter Christmas - Chenille Bear

Here is another Cookie Cutter Christmas card I that I made, but this time, I used the teddy bear stamp.  First I stamped him on Crumb Cake cardstock.  Then I punched him out with the Cookie Cutter Builder Punch and inserted him to the Elegant Dots Embossing Folder.  I thought it made the teddy bear look as though he was made out of Chenille.  The base of my card is the new In-Color Sweet Sugarplum which is cut 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored in the middle at 4-1/4".   Then I used the Layered Circle Framelits in the Big Shot using Rich Razzleberry and Sweet Sugarplum.  The Designer Series Paper is Blooms & Bliss.  I stamped the sentiment "Have Yourself a Beary Merry Christmas" with Rich Razzleberry ink on Whisper White and punched it out with the Classic Label Punch.

Country Livin'

This is a masculine birthday card that I made this morning.  I just love the old truck.  It reminds me of an old Studebaker truck my dad purchased at a car auction.  To him, I'm sure it brought back memories of his youth, but I was only in 8th grade and he drove me to school in it.  I was so embarrassed of riding in it with him.  Of course, now I think it would be fun to have that old truck again.  He did eventually buy a brand new Ford truck.  As near as I can tell, this might be an old Ford truck.  Does anybody know for sure?  I colored the truck with Soft Sky and Pool Party Stampin' markers.  The boots are another stamp in this stamp set called Country' Livin' which also has a guitar stamp.  The boots are colored with Crumb Cake and Soft Suede with Pear Pizzazz for the grass underneath.  The sentiment "They say it's your birthday" is from Suite Sayings.  I used the Banner Framelits, but had to cut them down a bit to fit.  I used the Layered Circle Framelits to cut out the boots.  I also used the Elegant Dots Embossing Folder with the Crumb Cake cardstock.  The base of my card is Chocolate Chip and also used Very Vanilla cardstock.  I used Pear Pizzazz to color in the grass.

Gift of Love

Today, I played around with a new hostess set called "Gift of Love" which can be earned by the hostess with Stampin' Rewards for $10 starting June 1, 2016.  It has some beautiful sentiments in it too.  The colors are some of the new In-Colors called Emerald Envy and Sweet Sugarplum.  I used the In-Color markers to color in the flowers, but it is a 2-step set so the leaves and the flowers can be stamped with the ink pads if you don't want to use the markers.  The TIEF is Elegant Dots.

In the Meadow - Soft Sky

After viewing a video of Dawn's, I decided I wanted to make a similar card but with a little more color than hers by adding more of the Soft Sky ink and cardstock.  Someone else sent me a card she found on Pinterest using this set with I believe Blushing Bride was used.  The base of my card is Early Espresso cut at 4-1/4" x 11".  The second layer is Soft Sky, but I cut it in half and ran half through the Elegant Dots TIEF.  Then I placed a strip of Early Espresso across the center where the two meet.  I stamped the mountains, tree and grass with Archival Basic Black on Whisper White cardstock.  I placed a mask for the moon using the 1-3/8" Circle Punch.  Then I used a Dauber to color in the sky and water with Soft Sky ink.  Then I used another Dauber to color in the mountains, grass, and trees.  I used the White Gel Pen to highlight the mountains, trees, and grass.  I layered it on Crumb Cake and then Early Espresso.

Happy Home

Are you thinking of Spring with this card too!   Indiana is expecting more snow tonight so it will be awhile before we see Spring again!
I used the flower from Something to Say in the main catalog and punched it out with the Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack (flower).  I stamped it on Blushing Bride cardstock but used Melon Mambo ink and add a Rhinestone Basic Pearls for the center of the flowers.  I used the Bird Builder Punch to create leaves for the flowers.  The Hearth & Home Framelits were also used for the window.
The background cardstock is Blushing Bridge and Old Olive using Elegant Dots TIEF and the Old Olive piece is called Decorative Dots.

Happy Home

Just playing around on this snowy day in Indiana.  I had preordered the Happy Home set from the new Occasions catalog and thought I should create a card with it.  Although, the card is more of a Spring looking card, so that's why I thought of using the quote "missing you" meaning I miss the spring-like weather and Winter seems to have just begun here.  The base of the card is Whisper White with a second layer of Melon Mambo using the Elegant Dots TIEF.  I also used the Wink of Stella on my tree.  I used the Washi Tape punch, the Itty Bitty Accents Flower Punch, Hearth & Home Thinlets Die, Pearl Basics Jewels, and the Handheld 1/4" Circle Punch.

Rose Wonder - Calypso Coral

Sorry, it's another card made with the Rose Wonder.  I just love this new set from the Occasions Catalog and can't get enough of making more cards.    This time it is a card for a wedding with "Wedding Wishes" stamped in Mint Macaron and Clear Embossing Powder.  The rose was embossed with White Embossing Powder and cut out with the Paper Snips after I painted it in with Calypso Coral for the rose and Mint Macaron for the leaves.
I also used the Elegant Dots TIEF for the second layer.
