Balloon Celebrations is such a fun stamp set to make for birthday cards. This one is made with Melon Mambo as the base. Whisper White was inserted into the Lucky Stars TIEF and run through the Big Shot. I used Gorgeous Grunge stamp set for the background too. I punched out some Silver Glimmer stars with the Itty Bitty Star Punch and attached with Glue Dots.
