Birthday Blooms with Birthday Bouquet Designer Series Paper

Just love the new Birthday Bouquet Designer Series Paper on this card and the Pool Party 3/8" Glitter Ribbon.  The flower is from the stamp set Birthday Blooms in the 2016 Occasions catalog.

• The base of the card is Pool Party card stock cut at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4".
• The second layer is Whisper White card stock cut at 5-1/4" x 4".
• At the bottom of the Whisper White, is the Birthday Bouquet Designer Series Paper cut at 2" x 5-1/4" and attached with Snail Adhesive.
• Tear and Tape was put on the back of the Pool Party 3/8" Glitter Ribbon and applied it to middle of the card where the Whisper White and Designer Paper meet.
• The small flower is stamped with Archival Black on 2" x 3" Whisper White, colored in with markers of Soft Sky, Pool Party, Pear Pizzazz and Mossy Meadow.
• It is layered onto Pool Party card stock cut at 2-1/4" x 3-1/4". Then it is attached to the right side of the card.  
• The sentiment "Happiest of Birthdays to You" is stamped with Black Archival ink pad.
